Rough, wooded land doesn't clear itself. Whether you've got a homesite you want to open up, overgrowth that's taken over a field, or acres that haven't been touched in years - getting that ground back under control takes the right equipment and people who know how to run it.

That's exactly what we do. We run a CAT 275 XE track loader with a root rake bucket alongside a CAT excavator to knock out land clearing jobs that other outfits won't touch. The two-machine setup lets us work fast without cutting corners - one machine breaks it down, the other cleans it up.

Site preparation is where a lot of land projects either get done right or go sideways early. Stumps, root balls, debris piles - if they're not handled properly before you start building, you'll pay for it later. We take that part seriously. Ground that leaves our crew is ready for whatever comes next.

We also offer forestry mulching for jobs where you want the brush and small trees processed in place instead of piled and hauled. Depending on the land and what it's going to be used for, that can actually be the faster and cleaner option. We'll walk you through what makes the most sense for your situation.

Every piece of land is different. But the goal is always the same - turn something rough and unusable into something you can actually work with. That's what we're built for.
