Overgrown Wooded Lot Cleared and Ready to Use

Here's what we were working with - dense underbrush, overgrown scrub, and a wall of trees packed so tight you couldn't walk through it, let alone use it for anything. The property had a carport and outbuildings sitting right there, but the surrounding land was basically inaccessible. That's a situation we see a lot. Good bones, just buried under years of unchecked growth.

We used a CAT forestry mulcher to work through the entire area. That's the right tool for this kind of job. Instead of hauling off loads of debris, the mulcher grinds everything down on the spot - brush, saplings, stumps - and leaves a clean layer of wood chips right on the ground. No burn piles, no dump runs, no mess left behind. Just a flat, usable surface when we're done.

What you end up with is exactly what this customer got - a wide open space framed by the taller pines, the carport and shed now sitting in a proper cleared area with room to move around. The ground is covered in fresh mulch, which actually helps hold the soil and keeps weeds from coming right back. It's practical and it looks good.
